In case of production/measurement errors caused by us, we provide part or product replacement support until you start using the product with pleasure. Please get in touch with us within 14 days after delivery if you think there is anything wrong with your order. 

However, we do not accept returns in case of measurement errors or decision changes caused by the buyer for custom-made products. We work hard to reflect products accurately and we produce them specific to their places in the exact dimensions provided by the buyers. Please check your order details carefully in terms of size color and other details.
