We create a 2 cm by 18 cm cut-out to prevent gaps between the wall and the unit that may occur because of the baseboards. Please let us know if you don't want the baseboard cut-out or need a specific dimension.

If we cause any production or measurement errors, we support part or product replacements until you are satisfied with the product. Please contact us within 14 days after delivery if you notice any issues with your order. 

However, we do not accept returns for measurement errors or decision changes made by the buyer on custom-made products. We strive to accurately reflect the products and produce them to the exact dimensions provided by the buyers for their specific locations. Please carefully review your order details, including size, color, and other specifications.
